Pursuant to rule 66, paragraph 2 (b), of its rules of procedure, the Committee reviewed the provisional concluding observations in the light of the replies to the list of issues provided by the State party (CAT/C/YEM/Q/2/Add.1), and adopted, at its 952nd meeting (CAT/C/SR.952), its final concluding observations as set out below.

28. The State party should widely disseminate the Covenant, the text of the third periodic report, the written replies it has provided in response to the list of issues drawn up by the Committee, and the present concluding observations in order to raise the awareness of the judicial, legislative and administrative authorities, civil society and non-governmental organizations operating in the country, as well as of the general public.

Hong Kong, China, should widely disseminate the Covenant, the text of the third periodic report, the written responses it has provided in response to the list of issues drawn up by the Committee, and the present concluding observations so as to increase awareness among the judicial, legislative and administrative authorities, civil society and non-governmental organizations operating in the region, as well as the general public.
25- ينبغي لهونغ كونغ، الصين أن تنشر على نطاق واسع العهد ونص التقرير الدوري الثالث والردود الخطية التي قدمتها للإجابة على قائمة المسائل التي وضعتها اللجنة وهذه الملاحظات الختامية وذلك بقصد شحذ وعي السلطات القضائية والتشريعية والإدارية والمجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية العاملة في المنطقة فضلاً عن عامة الجمهور.

(18) The Committee requests the State party to make its second report and the written answers it has provided in response to the list of issues drawn up by the Committee as well as the present concluding observations widely available in the State party at all levels of society, and especially to the judicial, legislative and administrative authorities, and to inform the Committee of all steps taken to implement them in its next periodic report.
