The same conduct, when accompanied by the use or threat of force, or committed through abuse of official position, is punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of two to five years with or without suspension of the right to hold certain posts or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
وانتهاج نفس السلوك عندما يصحبه استخدام القوة أو التهديد باستخدامها، أو عند ارتكابه من خلال إساءة استخدام المنصب الرسمي يعاقب عليه بالحرمان من الحرية لمدة تتراوح ما بين سنتين وخمس سنوات مع أو دون وقف مؤقت للحق في تقلد وظائف معينة أو المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة تصل إلى ثلاث سنوات.

2. Obviously unlawful detention or obviously unlawful holding in detention - shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of four years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in certain activities for a maximum term of three years.
2- والاحتجاز الثابت عدم مشروعيته أو الحجز في الحبس الثابت عدم مشروعيته - يُعاقَب عليه بالسجن لمدة لا تتجاوز أربع سنوات مع الحرمان من الحق في تقلد مناصب معينة أو في المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة لا تتجاوز ثلاث سنوات.

(4) Through sham adoption - shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of four to eight years with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in certain activities for a maximum term of three years.
4- عن طريق التبني الزائف - يُعاقَب عليه بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين أربع وثماني سنوات، مع أو دون الحرمان من الحق في تقلد مناصب معينة أو في المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة أقصاها ثلاث سنوات.

2. The same act that has negligently caused grave consequences - shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two to six years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in certain activities for a maximum term of three years.
2- وأي عمل مماثل تترتب عليه بسبب الإهمال آثار وخيمة - يُعاقَب عليه بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين سنتين وست سنوات مع الحرمان من الحق في تقلد مناصب معينة أو في المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة لا تتجاوز ثلاث سنوات.

2. The same act accompanied with use of violence, weapons, or special means - shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two to six years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in certain activities for a maximum term of three years.
2- وإذا اقترن العمل نفسه باستعمال العنف أو الأسلحة أو وسائل خاصة - فيُعاقَب عليه بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين سنتين وست سنوات مع الحرمان من الحق في تقلد مناصب معينة أو في المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة لا تتجاوز ثلاث سنوات.

3. The same act that has negligently caused grave consequences - shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of six to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in certain activities for a maximum term of three years.
3- وإذا ترتبت على العمل نفسه، بسبب الإهمال، آثار وخيمة - يُعاقَب عليه بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين ست وعشر سنوات مع الحرمان من الحق في تقلد مناصب معينة أو في المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة لا تتجاوز ثلاث سنوات " .

1. Obviously unlawful arrest - shall be punished by detention for a term of two to three months or by imprisonment for a maximum term of two years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in certain activities for a maximum term of three years.
1- الاعتقال الثابت عدم مشروعيته - يُعاقَب عليه بالحبس لمدة تتراوح بين شهرين وثلاثة أشهر، أو بالسجن لمدة لا تتجاوز سنتين مع الحرمان من الحق في تقلد المناصب أو في المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة لا تتجاوز ثلاثة سنوات.

3. The acts provided for in part 1 or 2 of this Article, which have negligently caused grave consequences - shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of three to eight years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in certain activities for a maximum term of three years.
3- والأفعال المنصوص عليها في الجزأين 1 و2 من هذه المادة التي تترتب عليها، بسبب الإهمال، آثار وخيمة - يُعاقَب عليها بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين ثلاث وثماني سنوات مع الحرمان من الحق في تقلد مناصب معينة أو في المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة لا تتجاوز ثلاث سنوات " .

" 1- الاحتجاز الثابت عدم مشروعيته - يُعاقَب عليه بالحبس لمدة تتراوح بين شهرين وثلاثة أشهر، أو بالسجن لمدة لا تتجاوز سنتين مع الحرمان من الحق في تقلد المناصب أو في المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة لا تتجاوز ثلاثة سنوات.

Such actions are punishable by a fine of from 100 to 200 times the individual income tax exemption limit or by custodial restraint for up to three years or imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain offices or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
وتكون العقوبة على هذه الأفعال ' ' ...غرامة تتراوح بين 100 و 200 مرة قدر الحد المعفى من ضريبة الدخل الفردي للمواطنين أو الاعتقال التحفظي لفترة تصل إلى ثلاث سنوات أو السجن فترة مماثلة، مع الحرمان من حق شغل مناصب معينة أو المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لفترة تصل إلى ثلاث سنوات.

In the event that such actions are committed repeatedly or by an organized group, they are punishable by a term of up to five years of custodial restraint or the same term of imprisonment, with deprivation of the right to hold certain offices or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
وفي حالة ارتكاب مثل هذه الأفعال على نحو متكرر أو من قبل جماعة منظمة، تكون العقوبة ' ' ... الاعتقال التحفظي مدة خمس سنوات أو السجن مدة مماثلة، مع الحرمان من حق شغل مناصب معينة أو المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لفترة تصل إلى ثلاث سنوات``.

3. The acts provided for in part 1 or 2 of this Article, which have negligently caused grave consequences - shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of three to eight years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in certain activities for a term of maximum three years " .
3- والفعلان المذكوران في الجزأين 1 و2 من هذه المادة، إذا ترتبت عليهما آثار وخيمة بسبب الإهمال، يُعاقَب عليهما بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين ثلاث وثماني سنوات مع الحرمان من الحق في تقلد مناصب معينة أو في المشاركة في أنشطة معينة لمدة لا تتجاوز ثلاث سنوات " .
