25. Parties reiterated their belief that the objectives of the implementation review process for a CRIC should be in line with the goals stated in decision 11/COP.1 on procedures for communication of information and review of implementation.
25- وكررت الأطراف اعتقادها بأن من الضروري أن تتوافق الأهداف التي تقصد اللجنة تحقيقها من عملية استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية مع الأهداف المنصوص عليها في المقرر 11/م أ-1 بشأن إجراءات تبليغ المعلومات واستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

The help guide contained background information and explained the procedures for the communication of information and review of implementation of the Convention, a proposed methodology and possible process to follow which would be adapted to suit the particular needs of each country Party, as well as an outline and explanation of the specific guidelines provided by decision 11/COP.1.

With regard to the review of the implementation process, it is important to recall that decision 11/COP.1 outlined the specific objectives of the procedures for the communication of information and review of implementation, and defined the format of reports on the implementation of the Convention to be submitted to the COP.
7- وفيما يخص استعراض عملية تنفيذ الاتفاقية، من المهم التذكير بأن المقرر 11/م أ-1 بيَّن الأهداف المحددة للإجراءات المتعلقة بتبليغ المعلومات واستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية، وعرَّف شكل التقارير المتعلقة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية التي تقدم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف.

Decision 11/COP.1 relating to procedures for the communication of information and review of implementation of the Convention defines the format and content of reports on national, joint, subregional and regional action programmes, as well as the format for the reports of developed country Parties and affected developed country Parties not preparing action programmes.
