In this connection, the United Nations Set of Multilaterally Agreed Equitable Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices calls for the provision of technical assistance and advisory and training programmes to these countries.
وفي هذا الصدد، فإن مجموعة اﻷمم المتحدة للمبادئ والقواعد المنصفة المتفق عليها اتفاقا متعدد اﻷطراف من أجل مكافحة الممارسات التجارية التقييدية تدعو إلى تقديم المساعدة التقنية والبرامج اﻹرشادية والتدريبية إلى هذه البلدان.

3. Preparations for the Third United Nations Conference to Review All Aspects of the Set of Multilaterally Agreed Equitable Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices:

However, this amount excludes resources for other conferences, such as the Third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries and the Fourth United Nations Conference to Review all Aspects of the Set of Multilaterally Agreed Equitable Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices.

It was noted with concern that resources allocated for information activities related to special conferences under paragraph 26.140 did not include the Fourth United Nations Conference to Review All Aspects of Multilaterally Agreed Equitable Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices.
٤١٤ - ولوحظ بقلق أن الموارد المخصصة ﻷنشطة اﻹعلام المتصلة بمؤتمرات خاصة فــي إطــار الفقــرة ٢٦-١٤٠ لا تشمل مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة الرابع لاستعراض جميع جوانب مجموعة المبادئ والقواعد المنصفة المتفق عليها اتفاقا متعدد اﻷطراف من أجل مكافحة الممارسات التجارية التقييدية.

Recalling further its decision 48/442 of 21 December 1993, convening the Third United Nations Conference to Review All Aspects of the Set of Multilaterally Agreed Equitable Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices,
وإذ تشير كذلك إلى مقررها ٤٨/٤٤٢ المؤرخ ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣، القاضي بعقد مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة الثالث لاستعراض جميع جوانب مجموعة المبادئ والقواعد المنصفة المتفق عليها اتفاقا متعدد اﻷطراف لمكافحة الممارسات التجارية التقييدية،

8. Review of all aspects of the Set of Multilaterally Agreed Equitable Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices:
٨- استعراض جميع جوانب مجموعة المبادئ والقواعد المنصفة المتفق عليها اتفاقا متعدد اﻷطراف من أجل مكافحة الممارسات التجارية التقييدية:

1. The General Assembly, in its resolution 48/442 of 21 December 1993, decided to convene, under the auspices of UNCTAD, a Third United Nations Conference to Review All Aspects of the Set of Multilaterally Agreed Equitable Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices, at Geneva in 1995.
١- قررت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها ٨٤/٢٤٤ المؤرخ في ١٢ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٣٩٩١، أن تعقد مؤتمرا ثالثا لﻷمم المتحدة لاستعراض جميع جوانب مجموعة المبادئ والقواعد المنصفة المتفق عليها اتفاقا متعدد اﻷطراف من أجل مكافحة الممارسات التجارية التقييدية، تحت رعاية اﻷونكتاد، في جنيف في عام ٥٩٩١.

البند ٨- استعراض جميع جوانب مجموعة المبادئ والقواعد المنصفة المتفق عليها اتفاقا متعدد اﻷطراف من أجل مكافحة الممارسات التجارية التقييدية

A fourth special conference, the Third United Nations Conference to Review All Aspects of the Set of Multilaterally Agreed Equitable Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices, will be held at Geneva from 13 to 24 November 1995.
كما أن هناك مؤتمرا خاصا رابعا، هو مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة الثالث لاستعراض جميع جوانب مجموعة المبادئ والقواعد المنصفة المتفق عليها اتفاقا متعدد اﻷطراف لمكافحة الممارسات التجارية التقييدية، وسيعقد في جنيف من ١٣ الى ٢٤ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٥.

To implement the " Set of the Multilaterally Agreed Equitable Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices " was completely impossible, owing to the wrong policies pursued by the past military regime.
كان من المستحيل تماما تنفيذ " مجموعة المبادئ والقواعد المنصفة المتفق عليها اتفاقا متعدد اﻷطراف من أجل مكافحة الممارسات التجارية التقييدية نظرا الى السياسات الخاطئة التي اتبعها النظام العسكري السابق.

In this connection, Governments should be guided by their commitment to the Set of Multilaterally Agreed Equitable Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices adopted by the General Assembly in resolution 35/63 of 5 December 1980.
وفي هذا الصدد، ينبغي أن تسترشد الحكومات بالتزامها بمجموعة المبادئ والقواعد المنصفة المتفق عليها اتفاقا متعدد اﻷطراف من أجل مكافحة الممارسات التجارية التقييدية، التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في القرار ٣٥/٦٣ المؤرخ في ٥ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٨٠.
