“3. Invites Member States to examine, at the national level, as appropriate, taking into account the above-referenced documents, the adequacy of their domestic legal regimes in terms of guarding against corruption and providing for forfeiture of the proceeds of corruption, drawing upon international assistance available for that purpose, with a view to, where necessary:
" ٣ - تدعو الدول اﻷعضاء إلى أن تدرس، على الصعيد الوطني، حسب الاقتضاء، ومع أخذ الوثائق المرجعية اﻵنفة الذكر في الاعتبار، مدى ملاءمة نظمها القانونية الداخلية فيما يتعلق بدرء الفساد والنص على مصادرة عائداته، مستعينة بالمساعدات الدولية المتاحة لذلك الغرض، بغية تحقيق ما يلي، حيثما اقتضى اﻷمر:

" (c) To collate and coordinate information about international assistance available to third States affected by the implementation of sanctions and to make it officially available to the interested member States;
" )ج( جمع وتنسيق المعلومات المتعلقة بالمساعدات الدولية المتاحة للدول الثالثة المتضررة من تطبيق الجزاءات، وإتاحتها بصورة رسمية للدول اﻷعضاء المهتمة باﻷمر؛

(c) To collate and coordinate information about international assistance available to third States affected by the implementations of sanctions and to make it officially available to the interested member States;
)ج( جمع وتنسيق المعلومات المتعلقة بالمساعدات الدولية المتاحة للدول الثالثة المتضررة من تطبيق الجزاءات، وإتاحتها بصورة رسمية للدول اﻷعضاء المهتمة باﻷمر؛

(c) To collate and coordinate information about international assistance available to third States affected by the implementation of sanctions and to make it officially available to the interested Member States;
)ج( جمع وتنسيق المعلومات المتعلقة بالمساعدات الدولية المتاحة للدول الثالثة المتضررة من تطبيق الجزاءات، وإتاحتها بصورة رسمية للدول اﻷعضاء المهتمة باﻷمر؛

٣ - تدعو الدول اﻷعضاء الى أن تدرس ، على الصعيد الوطني ، حسب الاقتضاء ، ومع أخذ الوثائق المرجعية اﻵنفة الذكر في الاعتبار ، مدى ملاءمة نظمها القانونية الداخلية فيما يتعلق بدرء الفساد والنص على مصادرة عائداته ، مستعينة بالمساعدات الدولية المتاحة لذلك الغرض ، بغية تحقيق ما يلي ، حيثما اقتضى اﻷمر :

6. Further requests the Secretary-General to continue, on a regular basis, to collate and coordinate information about international assistance available to third States affected by the implementation of sanctions and to initiate action to explore innovative and practical measures of assistance to the affected third States, inter alia, through cooperation with relevant institutions and organizations inside and outside the United Nations system;
٦ - تطلب كذلك إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل، على أساس منتظم، جمع وتنسيق المعلومات المتعلقة بالمساعدات الدولية المتاحة للدول الثالثة المتضررة من تطبيق الجزاءات، والشروع في العمل من أجل استكشاف تدابير ابتكارية وعملية لتقديم مساعدات إلى الدول الثالثة المتضررة عن طريق وسائل من بينها التعاون مع المؤسسات والهيئات المختصة داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وخارجها؛

(c) The Department of Economic and Social Affairs would implement the tasks referred to in paragraph 3 (c) of the resolution, namely, collating and coordinating information about international assistance available to third States affected by the implementation of sanctions and making such information officially available to the interested Member States;
)ج( ستقوم إدارة الشؤون الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بتنفيذ المهام المشار اليها في الفقرة ٣ )ج( من القرار وهي جمع وتنسيق المعلومات المتعلقة بالمساعدات الدولية المتاحة للدول الثالثة المتضررة من تطبيق الجزاءات وإتاحتها رسميا للدول اﻷعضاء المهتمة باﻷمر؛

(c) The Department of Economic and Social Affairs would implement the tasks referred to in paragraph 3 (c) of the resolution, namely, collating and coordinating information about international assistance available to third States affected by the implementation of sanctions and making such information officially available to the interested Member States;
(ج) تتولى إدارة الشؤون الاقتصادية والاجتماعية تنفيذ المهام الواردة في الفقرة 3 (ج) من القرار، وهي جمع وتنسيق المعلومات المتعلقة بالمساعدات الدولية المتاحة للدول الثالثة المتضررة من تطبيق الجزاءات، وإتاحتها بصورة رسمية للدول الأعضاء المهتمة بالأمر؛
