٤١ - تحث البلدان المتقدمة النمو على مواصلة دعم جهود تنويع السلع اﻷساسية في البلدان الافريقية وذلك، في جملة أمور، بتقديم المساعدة التقنية والمالية للمرحلة التحضيرية لبرامج تنويع السلع اﻷساسية؛

In this context, taking into account the particular needs and conditions of developing countries, and based on the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities, the Commission urges developed countries to intensify effort to encourage the transfer of appropriate technologies to developing countries to assist them in such efforts.
وفي هذا السياق، ومع مراعاة الاحتياجات والظروف الخاصة للبلدان النامية، وبالاستناد إلى مبدأ المسؤوليات المشتركة مع اختلافها في الوقت نفسه، فإن اللجنة تحث البلدان المتقدمة النمو على تكثيف الجهود الرامية إلى تشجيع نقل التكنولوجيات المناسبة إلى البلدان النامية لمساعدتها في هذه الجهود.

11. urges developed countries to make increased efforts to mobilize additional resources for the fulfilment of the goals and objectives of the World Summit for Children and to ensure, in the context of their development assistance, that programmes to that end will have a priority when resources are allocated;
١١ - تحث البلدان المتقدمة النمو على أن تبذل مزيدا من الجهود لتعبئة موارد إضافية من أجل إنجاز أهداف وغايات مؤتمر القمة العالمي من أجل الطفل، وأن تكفل، في سياق ما تقدمه من مساعدات إنمائية، أن تولى لدى تخصيص الموارد أولوية للبرامج الرامية إلى تحقيق ذلك؛

" 4. urges developed countries to support activities in technical cooperation among developing countries, particularly in the transfer of technology, and to assist developing countries in capacity-building, especially in science and technology, education and technical training and know-how;

" 14. urges developed countries to assist developing countries in narrowing the digital divide, creating digital opportunities and harnessing the potential of information and communication technologies for development, through technology transfer and the provision of financial and technical support;

39. urges developed countries to encourage investment in countries generally known to be sources of migration and people trafficking, in medium- and long-term projects likely to create jobs for local people who may resort to migration for economic reasons;
