V. How to ensure effective enforcement of the conservation and management measures established for a region or subregion in respect of a stock? The following matters may be considered:
خامسا - كيف يكفل انفاذ تدابير الحفظ والادارة الموضوعة بالنسبة لمنطقة اقليمية أو دون اقليمية فيما يتعلق برصيد ما؟ يمكن النظر في المسائل التالية:

(j) promote the implementation of conservation and management measures through establishment of effective monitoring, control and surveillance;
)ي( تشجيع تنفيذ تدابير الحفظ والادارة عن طريق انشاء آليات فعالة للرصد والمراقبة والاستطلاع؛

39. States may enact legislation empowering the relevant national authorities to prohibit landings where the catch has been taken in a manner that undermines the effectiveness of applicable conservation and management measures.
٩٣ - للدول أن تسن تشريعات تخول السلطات الوطنية المناسبة منع الانزال الى البر متى كانت الحصائل قد صيدت بطريقة تخل بفاعلية تدابير الحفظ والادارة المنطبقة.

Reaffirming the rights and duties of coastal States to ensure proper conservation and management measures with respect to the living resources in zones under their national jurisdiction, in accordance with international law, as reflected in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea,

7. As a minimum, the purpose of such cooperation shall be to agree on conservation and management measures with respect to particular fish stock(s) to ensure the long-term sustainability of those stock(s).

16. States shall cooperate to strengthen existing regional and subregional fisheries management organizations and arrangements in order to improve their effectiveness in establishing and implementing conservation and management measures for straddling fish stocks and highly migratory fish stocks.
٦١ - تتعاون الدول على تعزيز منظمات وترتيبات إدارة مصائد اﻷسماك القائمة على الصعيدين الاقليمي ودون الاقليمي لتحسين فعاليتها في تحديد وتنفيذ تدابير الحفظ والادارة لﻷرصدة السمكية المتداخلة المناطق واﻷرصدة السمكية الكثيرة الارتحال.

(i) Agree on measures to deter non-parties from undermining the effectiveness of conservation and management measures established by the organization or arrangement in a manner consistent with international law;
)ط( الاتفاق على التدابير الكفيلة بمنع غير اﻷطراف من اﻹضرار بفعالية تدابير الحفظ والادارة التي تنشؤها المنظمة أو الترتيب، على أن يتم ذلك بطريقة تتسق مع القانون الدولي؛
