)ب( إشارة إلى الدور الهام الذي تؤديه المؤسسات المالية الدولية، على النحو المشار إليه في الفصل الثاني من المخطط الشامل المتعدد التخصصات لﻷنشطة المقبلة في مجال مكافحة إساءة استعمال المخدرات)٢(، وإلى قدرة تلك المؤسسات على تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي وتقويض صناعة المخدرات؛

(c) Reiterated that the System-wide Action Plan should include agency-specific implementation plans and a reference to the important role and ability of the international financial institutions to promote economic stability and undermine the illicit drug industry;
)ج( كررت ضرورة تضمين خطة العمل المستكملة الشاملة للمنظومة خطط تنفيذ خاصة بكل وكالة وإشارة الى الدور الهام الذي تؤديه المؤسسات المالية الدولية والى قدرة تلك المؤسسات على تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي وتقويض صناعة المخدرات؛

9. In paragraph 5 (b) of General Assembly resolution 47/100, ACC is requested to include in the updated System-Wide Action Plan references to the important role of the international financial institutions, and to the ability of such institutions to promote economic stability and undermine the illicit drug industry.
٩ - وفي الفقرة ٥ )ب( من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٧/١٠٠، طلب إلى لجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية أن تضمن خطة العمل المستكملة الشاملة للمنظومة إشارات إلى الدور الهام الذي تؤديه المؤسسات المالية الدولية، وإلى قدرة تلك المؤسسات على تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي وتقويض صناعة المخدرات غير المشروعة.

)ب( اشارة الى الدور الهام الذي تؤديه المؤسسات المالية الدولية، على النحو المشار اليه في الفصل الثاني من المخطط الشامل المتعدد التخصصات لﻷنشطة المقبلة في مجال مكافحة اساءة استعمال المخدرات، والى قدرة تلك المؤسسات على تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي وتقويض صناعة المخدرات؛

The Assembly therefore requested ACC to update, under the direction of the Executive Director of UNDCP, the System-Wide Action Plan as necessary, inter alia, by the addition of an annex containing agency-specific implementing plans and the inclusion of a reference to the important role of the international financial institutions and the ability of such institutions to promote economic stability and undermine the drug industry.
ولذا فقد طلبت الجمعية من لجنة التنسيق الادارية أن تحدث ، بتوجيه من المدير العام لليوندسيب ، خطة العمل على نطاق المنظومة حسب الاقتضاء ، وذلك في جملة أمور باضافة مرفق يتضمن خططا تنفيذية مخصصة للوكالات ، وبادراج اشارة الى الدور المهم للمؤسسات المالية الدولية وقدرة هذه المؤسسات على تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي وتقويض صناعة المخدرات .
