" Recalling further the recommendations of the Regional Ministerial Workshop on the Follow-up to the Naples Political Declaration and Global Action Plan against Organized Transnational Crime,
" واذ تشير كذلك الى التوصيات الصادرة عن حلقة العمل الوزارية الاقليمية المعنية بمتابعة إعلان نابولي السياسي وخطة العمل العالمية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية،

9. The Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Division served as secretariat of the Regional Ministerial Workshop.
٩ - وقامت شعبة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية بمهام أمانة حلقة العمل الوزارية الاقليمية .

The view was expressed that international donor agencies should fund the projects related to the fight against organized crime and corruption that were submitted to the Regional Ministerial Workshop by the Division for review and approval.
وأعرب عن رأي مفاده أنه ينبغي للوكالات المانحة الدولية أن تمول المشاريع المتصلة بمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة والفساد التي قدمتها الشعبة الى حلقة العمل الوزارية الاقليمية بغية استعراضها والموافقة عليها .

Working group II recommended that the Regional Ministerial Workshop should explicitly support the above-mentioned projects in its final declaration, and proposed that a recommendation calling for the support of the donor community should be formulated along the following lines:
٧- وأوصى الفريق العامل الثاني بأن تبدي حلقة العمل الوزارية الاقليمية في اعلانها الختامي تأييدها الصريح للمشاريع المذكورة أعلاه ، واقترح أن تصوغ الحلقة توصية تلتمس الدعم من الجهات المانحة ، على النسق التالي :

The Regional Ministerial Workshop on Follow-up to the Naples Political Declaration and Global Action Plan against Organized Transnational Crime, held in Buenos Aires from 27 to 30 November 1995, adopted the Buenos Aires Declaration on Prevention and Control of Organized Transnational Crime (E/CN.15/1996/2/ Add.1).
9- واعتمدت حلقة العمل الوزارية الاقليمية بشأن متابعة اعلان نابولي السياسي وخطة العمــــل العالمية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، المعقودة في بوينس آيرس من 27 الى 30 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1995، اعلان بوينس آيرس بشأن منع الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية ومكافحتها (E/CN.15/1996/2/Add.1).

11. The African Regional Ministerial Workshop on Organized Transnational Crime and Corruption, held in Dakar from 21 to 23 July 1997, adopted the Dakar Declaration on the Prevention and Control of Organized Transnational Crime and Corruption (E/CN.15/1998/6/Add.1).
11- واعتمدت حلقة العمل الوزارية الاقليمية الافريقية المعنية بالجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية والفساد، التي عقدت في داكار من 21 الى 23 تموز/يوليه 1997، اعلان داكار بشأن منع ومكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية والفساد E/CN.15/1998/6/Add.1)).

The Asian Regional Ministerial Workshop on Organized Crime and Corruption is to be held at Manila from 23 to 25 March 1998, at the invitation of the Government of the Philippines.
وعقدت في مانيلا في الفترة من ٢ الى ٤ آذار/مارس ٨٩٩١ حلقة العمل الوزارية الاقليمية اﻵسيوية بشأن الجريمة المنظمة والفساد ، بدعوة من حكومة الفلبين .

2. Takes note also of the Buenos Aires Declaration on Prevention and Control of Organized Transnational Crime, E/CN.15/1996/2/Add.1, annex. adopted by the Regional Ministerial Workshop on Follow-up to the Naples Political Declaration and Global Action Plan against Organized Transnational Crime, held at Buenos Aires from 27 to 30 November 1995;
٢ - يحيط علما أيضا باعلان بوينس آيرس بشأن منع ومكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية)١١٦(، الذي اعتمدته حلقة العمل الوزارية الاقليمية بشأن متابعة اعلان نابولي السياسي وخطة العمل العالمية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، المعقودة في بوينس آيرس من ٧٢ إلى ٠٣ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٥٩٩١؛

4. The Regional Ministerial Workshop adopted unanimously and recommended the implementation of the Dakar Declaration on the Prevention and Control of Organized Transnational Crime and Corruption, presented below.
٤ - اعتمدت حلقة العمل الوزارية الاقليمية بالاجماع اعلان داكار لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة والفساد ، المرفق بهذا التقرير ، جنبا الى جنب مع توصيات الفريقين العاملين .

13. We express our strong support for the elaboration of an international convention against organized transnational crime, in accordance with the specific suggestions contained in annex II of the report of the Regional Ministerial Workshop.
٣١ - نعرب عن تأييدنا القوي لاعداد اتفاقية دولية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية ، وفقا للاقتراحات المحددة الواردة في المرفق الثاني من تقرير حلقة العمل الوزارية الاقليمية .
