73. The Permanent Forum commends the Division for Sustainable Development for its initiative to select indigenous peoples' organizations to conduct fieldwork and data compilation for the Division and for the fact that national data indicators on indigenous peoples are available in the Division's national recording mechanisms and country profiles.
73 - يثني المنتدى الدائم على شُعبة التنمية المستدامة لمبادرتها باختيار منظمات الشعوب الأصلية للقيام بالعمل الميداني وجمع البيانات للشعبة، ولتوافر مؤشرات البيانات الوطنية بشأن الشعوب الأصلية في آليات التسجيل الوطنية والموجزات القُطرية.

(c) Calendar. For the preparation of reports, the Division for Sustainable Development should propose a calendar that provides sufficient lead time for adequate consultations at each stage of the process [see paras. 12, 15, 25-27, 35, 43 and 50 above].
(ج) الجدول الزمني - ينبغي على شُعبة التنمية المستدامة أن تقترح، لإعداد التقارير، جدولا زمنيا يكفل مهلة زمنيـــة كافيـــة لإجـــراء مشاورات وافية في كل مرحلة مـــن مراحل العملية [انظر الفقرات 12، و 15، و 25-27، و 35، و 43 و 50 أعلاه].

(b) Critical situations. In the areas of natural resources management where the Division for Sustainable Development is mandated to provide technical assistance and to take into account the results of the review referred to in point (a) above, to ensure that critical situations are not left without adequate response, the Division should:
(ب) الأوضاع الحرجة - في مجالات إدارة الموارد الطبيعية التي تُكلَّف فيها شُعبة التنمية المستدامة بتوفير المساعدة التقنية ومراعاة نتائج الاستعراض المشار إليها في النقطة (أ) أعلاه، ينبغي للشُعبة، ضمانا لعدم ترك الأوضاع الحرجة دون استجابة كافية، أن تقوم بما يلي:

(b) Critical situations. In the areas of natural resources management where the Division for Sustainable Development is mandated to provide technical assistance and to take into account the results of the review referred to in subparagraph (a) above, in order to ensure that critical situations are not left without adequate response, the Division should:
(ب) الأوضاع الحرجة - في مجالات إدارة الموارد الطبيعية التي تُكلَّف فيها شُعبة التنمية المستدامة بتوفير المساعدة التقنية ومراعاة نتائج الاستعراض المشار إليها في الفقرة الفرعية (أ) أعلاه، ينبغي للشُعبة، ضمانا لعدم ترك الأوضاع الحرجة دون استجابة كافية، أن تقوم بما يلي:
