إننا لا نتحمل ألا نستجيب إزاء عدم قيام فريق الاتصال بالوفاء بالتزاماته ولن نسمح لكلمة " نعم " التي قلناها لخطة السلم بأن تصبح أساسا للمزيد من المفاوضات أو التنازلات من جانبنا.

An emergency ministerial meeting of the Contact Group on Bosnia and Herzegovina of the Organization of the Islamic Conference was held at Geneva on 4 August 1994, to consider the situation arising from the rejection by the Serbian side of the peace plan proposed by the Western Contact Group, and the renewed violations of the safe areas, including attacks on personnel of the United Nations Protection Force (UNPROFOR).

UNPROFOR has chosen to close its section of the route solely because Karadzic's forces (in their increasing belligerence, designed to amplify their rejection of the peace plan) had indicated that they would no longer tolerate the operation of the route, and that they were prepared to shell and strike at the route if it remained open.
وقد اختارت قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية إغلاق الجانب من الطريق الخاضع لسيطرتها، فقط، ﻷن قوات كارادزيتش )في عدوانها المتصاعد الذي يستهدف تضعيف رفضها لخطة السلم( أعلنت أنها لم تعد مرتاحة لاستعمال الطريق، وأنها متأهبة لقصفها وضربها إن ظلت مفتوحة.

Strongly urges the international community to continue to support the ongoing peace process through acceptance by all sides of the International Contact Group Peace Plan on Bosnia and Herzegovina as defined on 31 July 1994, and to exert all pressure on the self-proclaimed Bosnian Serb authorities to accept the peace plan proposed by the Contact Group; " 9.
٨- تحث بقوة المجتمع الدولي على مواصلة دعم عملية السلم الجارية من خلال قبول جميع اﻷطراف لخطة السلم التي وضعها فريق الاتصال الدولي بشأن البوسنة والهرسك حسبما تم تعريفها في ١٣ تموز/يوليه ٤٩٩١، وعلى ممارسة كل الضغوط على سلطات صرب البوسنة التي نصبت نفسها بنفسها لكي تقبل خطة السلم التي اقترحها فريق الاتصال؛

The Agenda for Development, the indispensable corollary to the Agenda for Peace, launched two years ago by the Secretary-General, should give to the international community new guidelines as it seeks to attain development objectives. The elaboration of that Agenda should be given special attention.
إن " خطــة التنمية " التي هي مرادف لا غنى عنه " لخطة السلم " ، التي أصدرها اﻷمين العام قبل عامين هي خطة يرجى منها أن تقدم للمجتمــع الدولي خطوطا توجيهية جديـــدة في سعيه لبلوغ اﻷهداف اﻹنمائية، ولا بد بالتالي من إيلاء اهتمام خاص لتفصيلها.
