The Meeting thanked the UNDP Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery for agreeing to continue to provide the function as Interim ISU.
وقدم الاجتماع الشكر إلى مكتب برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي لمنع الأزمات والتعافي منها ولموافقته على مواصلة تقديم وظيفة وحدة دعم التنفيذ المؤقتة.

The support provided by the UNDP Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery should include implementation support to States Parties and support to the President, President-designate and the Coordination Committee as appropriate.
وينبغي للدعم الذي يقدمه مكتب برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي لمنع الأزمات والتعافي منها أن يشمل تقديم الدعم في مجال التنفيذ إلى الدول الأطراف والرئيس، والرئيس المعين، ولجنة التنسيق، حسب الاقتضاء.

The focus of the subprogramme has been realigned to meet the expected outcome of the Hyogo Framework for Action, following a two-fold strategy to achieve its objective concurrent with the focus of activities with the two participating organizations, namely, the secretariat of the International Strategy for Disaster Reduction and the UNDP Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery.
وأعيد تخطيط تركيز البرنامج الفرعي بحيث يفي بالنتائج المتوقعة من إطار عمل هيوغو، وذلك باتباع استراتيجية ذات شقين تحقق الهدف منها بالتزامن مع تركيز الأنشطة على منظمتين مشاركتين، هما: أمانة استراتيجية الأمم المتحدة الدولية للحد من الكوارث ومكتب برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي لمنع الأزمات والتعافي منها.

The Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery has a specialist to develop and operationalize a monitoring and evaluation system for the bureau and support county offices in enhancing monitoring and evaluation within their crisis prevention and recovery programmes.
50 - ويوجد لدى مكتب منع الأزمات والتعافي منها أخصائي معني بإعداد نظام للرصد والتقييم وتشغيله في المكتب الإقليمي ومكاتب الدعم القطرية، من أجل تعزيز الرصد والتقييم في إطار برامجها لمنع الأزمات والتعافي منها.

27. The UNDP Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery has allocated 15 per cent of all funding to gender specific projects.
27 - وقد خصص مكتب البرنامج الإنمائي لمنع الأزمات والتعافي منها 15 في المائة من مجموع عمليات التمويل لمشروعات خاصة بقضايا الجنسين.

28. At the same plenary meeting, the Meeting welcomed that the UNDP Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery will continue to provide the function as interim ISU.
28- ورحب الاجتماع في الجلسة العامة نفسها، باستمرار مكتب البرنامج الإنمائي لمنع الأزمات والتعافي منها في الاضطلاع بمهمة وحدة مؤقتة لدعم التنفيذ.

4. The Meeting welcomed that the UNDP Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery will continue to provide the function as interim ISU.
4- ورحب الاجتماع باستمرار مكتب البرنامج الإنمائي لمنع الأزمات والتعافي منها في الاضطلاع بمهمة القائم بأعمال وحدة دعم التنفيذ.

32. In order to ensure continued support, including to the Presidency while the establishment of the ISU is ongoing, the Meeting decided to extend the existing interim solution consisting of the Executive Coordinator based in the UNDP Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery until the conclusion of the Presidency of the Fifth Meeting of States Parties.
32 - ومن أجل كفالة استمرار الدعم، بما في ذلك دعم الرئاسة أثناء عملية إنشاء وحدة دعم التنفيذ، قرر الاجتماع تمديد الحل المؤقت الحالي الذي يتألف من المنسق التنفيذي الموجود في مكتب برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي لمنع الأزمات والتعافي منها حتى نهاية رئاسة الاجتماع الخامس للدول الأطراف.

46. Parallel funding in the amount of $74,191 was also made available for the Centre's activities from the voluntary Trust Funds for the United Nations Disarmament Information Programme and the Global and Regional Disarmament Activities of the Small Arms Demobilization Unit of UNDP/Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery and the United Nations Department of Public Information.
