In response to a request submitted to it directly by the Party concerned, the enforcement branch shall decide as soon as possible, either that there no longer continues to be a question of implementation with respect to that Party's eligibility in which case it shall reinstate that Party's eligibility, or that the procedure referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply.
ويبت فرع الإنفاذ بأسرع ما يمكن في أي طلب مقدم إليه مباشرة من الطرف المعني؛ فإما أن يقرر أنه لم تعد هناك مسألة تنفيذ فيما يخص أهلية ذلك الطرف، وفي هذه الحالة يعيد لـه أهليته، أو يقرر انطباق الإجراء المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 أعلاه.
