As described in document UNEP/CHW.10/6, the annex to the present note sets out the 22 July 2011 version of the draft technical guidelines on the environmentally sound co-processing of hazardous waste in cement kilns, which was submitted by the Government of Chile for consideration by the Conference of the Parties.

4 - يدعو الأطراف وغيرها من الجهات إلى أن تقدم إلى الأمانة/ بحلول 15 أيلول/سبتمبر 2013، معلومات وأمثلة عن الممارسات الحالية والاعتبارات المتعلقة بالمسائل المشار إليها في الفقرة 26 (ب) من مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية() وآثارها؛

In its decision OEWG-9/5, the Open-ended Working Group agreed that work on the development of the technical guidelines should continue intersessionally and requested the small intersessional working group to continue efforts to make progress on seeking agreement before the twelfth meeting of the Conference of the Parties on the provisions in paragraph 26 (b) of the draft technical guidelines.
40 - وفي مقرر الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية -9/5، وافق الفريق على أنه ينبغي مواصلة العمل بشأن وضع المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية بين الدورات، وطلب إلى الفريق المصغر العامل بين الدورات مواصلة الجهود لإحراز تقدم في السعي للتوصل إلى اتفاق في الاجتماع الثاني عشر لمؤتمر الأطراف بشأن الأحكام الواردة في الفقرة 26(ب) من مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية.
