The Committee was established pursuant to resolution 751 (1992) to ensure the effective implementation of the general and complete embargo, imposed by resolution 733 (1992), on all deliveries of weapons and military equipment to Somalia.
أنشئت اللجنة عملا بالقرار ٧٥١ )١٩٩٢( لضمان التنفيذ الفعال للحظر العام والكامل، الذي فرض بموجب القرار ٧٣٣ )١٩٩٢(، على جميع عمليات تسليم اﻷسلحة والمعدات العسكرية للصومال.

Decides, under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, that all States shall, for the purposes of establishing peace and stability in Somalia, immediately implement a general and complete embargo on all deliveries of weapons and military equipment to Somalia until the Security Council decides otherwise;
" ٥ - يقرر، بموجب الفصل السابع من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، أن تقوم جميع الدول فورا، من أجل تحقيق مقاصد إقرار السلم والاستقرار في الصومال، بتنفيذ حظر عام كامل على تسليم أي نوع من أنواع اﻷسلحة والمعدات العسكرية للصومال إلى أن يقرر مجلس اﻷمن خلاف ذلك؛

That paragraph 5 of resolution 733 (1992) decides, inter alia, that all States shall implement a general and complete embargo on all deliveries of weapons and military equipment to Somalia until the Council decides otherwise;
