5 - تشجع أيضا الدول الأعضاء على أن تداوم على جمع بيانات موثوقة وقابلة للمقارنة ومناسبة، ومبوبة حسب السن والجنس، لاستخدامها في قياس ما يحرز من تقدم في تنفيذ ورصد برنامج العمل العالمي للشباب، وتطلب إلى منظومة الأمم المتحدة أن تدعم الجهود الوطنية في هذا الصدد بشكل كامل بناء على طلب الدول الأعضاء؛

Recalls that the Security Council has the primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security, and requests the United Nations system to intensify its assistance to the African Union, as appropriate, in strengthening the African peace and security architecture, including the institutional and operational capacity of its Peace and Security Council, and in coordinating with other international partners when needed;
2 - تشير إلى أن مجلس الأمن مسؤول في المقام الأول عن صون السلام والأمن الدوليين، وتطلب إلى منظومة الأمم المتحدة أن تكثف، حسب الاقتضاء، المساعدة التي تقدمها إلى الاتحاد الأفريقي لتعزيز هياكل السلام والأمن الأفريقية، بما في ذلك القدرة المؤسسية والتنفيذية لمجلس السلام والأمن التابع للاتحاد، بالتنسيق مع الشركاء الدوليين الآخرين عند اللزوم؛
