7. UNICEF will focus global resources on the markets with the highest growth potential and on the most cost-effective revenue streams: individual monthly pledge giving and legacies; partnerships with corporations and global foundations; and fundraising from major individual donors.

UNICEF will focus on partnerships with higher revenue potential and the most effective fundraising mechanisms (notably strategic philanthropy, cause-related marketing, licensing and customer giving), favouring and encouraging those partnerships that generate quality revenue.

UNICEF will focus its interventions more strategically on promoting equitable and inclusive results within education sector plans, on maintaining attention to both out-of-school children and children at risk of dropping out and not learning, on upstream policy work related to education sector plans and equitable education budgets, and on strengthening national monitoring and evaluation systems.
وستركز اليونيسيف أنشطتها بشكل أكثر استراتيجية على تعزيز النتائج التي تتسم بالإنصاف والشمول في إطار خطط قطاع التعليم بشأن الحفاظ على الاهتمام المولى إلى الأطفال خارج المدارس والأطفال المعرضين لخطر الانقطاع عن الدراسة وعدم التعلم، وبشأن العمل مع جهات وضع السياسات فيما يتعلق بخطط قطاع التعليم وميزانيات التعليم المنصف وبشأن تعزيز نظم الرصد والتقييم الوطنية.

In particular, UNICEF will focus on designing strategies to reach those children who are excluded from learning both in and out of school (girls, working children, children of ethnic minorities and children affected by violence and conflict, disabilities and HIV/AIDS), and to allow them to have access to and obtain a basic education of good quality.
وستركز اليونيسيف خاصة على صياغة استراتيجيات تهدف إلى الوصول إلى الأطفال المحرومين من التعليم سواء في المدرسة أو خارجها (البنات، والأطفال العمال، وأطفال الأقليات الإثنية، والأطفال المتضررون من العنف والنزاعات وحالات العجز والإصابة بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز)، لتمكينهم من الحصول على التعليم الأساسي الجيد ومن النجاح فيه.
