وأشارت إلى أن التعبير المستخدم من جانب محكمة المقاطعة قد فُسر على نحو خاطئ من جانب صاحبة البلاغ، ونصه: " أن يبلَّغ هذا القرار إلى قاضي شؤون الأسرة [...] لكي يأخذ علماً به ويتخذ على وجه الاستعجال (المادة 158 من القانون المدني) القرارات الملائمة من أجل تطبيع العلاقات بين الوالد وابنته مع اتخاذ ما يلزم من احتياطات يراها مناسبة " .
