Since the Special Committee's task had not been completed, it was continuing under Article 73 e of the Charter to review information provided by the administering Powers and was addressing the concerns expressed by the representatives of the Territories, petitioners and non-governmental organizations.

٣ - تطلب إلى الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة أن توافي، أو أن تواصل موافاة، اﻷمين العام بالمعلومات المنصوص عليها في المادة ٧٣ ﻫ من الميثاق وكذلك بأتم قدر ممكن من المعلومات عن التطورات السياسية والدستورية في اﻷقاليم المعنية، وذلك في غضون مدة أقصاها ستة أشهر من انتهاء السنة اﻹدارية في تلك اﻷقاليم؛

39. ASEAN also wished to emphasize the importance of obtaining and disseminating information from the Non-Self-Governing Territories as called for in Article 73 e of the Charter.
