To counter the undesirable norms and consumption patterns that may infiltrate to the region through globalization, it is important to promote local and Islamic Cultural values.
ولمواجهة العادات وأنماط الاستهلاك غير المرغوب فيها التي قد تتسلل إلى المنطقة من خلال العولمة، من الأهمية تعزيز القيم الثقافية الإسلامية والمحلية.

Kuwait, together with the Islamic Cultural Centre of New York, had been a sponsor of the High Level Dialogue on Interreligious and Intercultural Understanding and Cooperation for Peace recently held within the General Assembly.
وقد قامت الكويت، بالتعاون مع المركز الثقافي الإسلامي في نيويورك، برعاية الحوار الرفيع المستوى الذي عقدته الجمعية العامة في الآونة الأخيرة بشأن التفاهم والتعاون بين الأديان وبين الثقافات من أجل السلام.

111. The Conference reaffirmed the importance of activating the Supreme Council for Education and Culture in the West, which acts within a strategy of Islamic Cultural action in the West, and called on the OIC Member States to provide the financial and moral assistance to the Council through the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
أكد أهمية تفعيل دور المجلس الأعلى للتربية والثقافة في الغرب الذي يعمل في إطار استراتيجية العمل الثقافي الإسلامي في الغرب، ودعا الدول الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي إلى تقديم الدعم المالي والأدبي إلى هذا المجلس من خلال المنظمة الإسلامية للتربية والعلوم والثقافة.

4. Stresses the need to promote the factors of complementarity, inter-relationship and solidarity within the Islamic brotherhood that holds together the peoples of the Muslim Ummah and to adopt it as a foundation of the joint Islamic Cultural action.
4 - التأكيد على تقوية عناصر التكامل والترابط والتزامن في إطار الأخوة الإسلامية الجامعة لشعوب الأمة الإسلامية واعتمادها قاعدة للعمل الثقافي الإسلامي المشترك.

21. Qatar referred to its work, in cooperation with the Qatar Islamic Cultural Center (FANAR), to promote and protect human rights through traditional values, for example with the publication of the book Islam and human rights.
21- وأشارت قطر إلى عملها، بالتعاون مع مركز قطر الثقافي الإسلامي لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان من خلال القيم التقليدية، وذلك على سبيل المثال بنشر الكتاب المعنون " الإسلام وحقوق الإنسان " .

107. The Conference reaffirmed the need to boost the Supreme Council for Education and Culture in the West, which is an Islamic Cultural strategy. It called on OIC Member States to provide financial and moral support to the Council through ISESCO.
107 - أكد أهمية تفعيل دور المجلس الأعلى للتربية والثقافة في الغرب الذي يعمل في إطار استراتيجية العمل الثقافي الإسلامي في الغرب، ودعا الدول الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي إلى تقديم الدعم المالي والأدبي إلى هذا المجلس من خلال المنظمة الإسلامية للتربية والعلوم والثقافة.

3. Commends the scholarly standard of the studies prepared by ISESCO on its vision and efforts in the area of strengthening dialogue between civilizations and on the Islamic Cultural landscape in the West, adopts the studies, and calls upon ISESCO to distribute them to Member States and relevant Organizations.
3 - يشيد بالمستوى العلمي للدراسة التي أعدتها الإيسيسكو حول رؤيتها وجهودها في مجال تعزيز الحوار بين الحضارات والدارسة حول المشهد الثقافي الإسلامي في الغرب ويعتمد الدراستين، كما يدعو المنظمة إلى توزيعهما على الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات العربية والإسلامية والدولية ذات الصلة.

47. Ms. Telalian (Greece) said that the projected Islamic Cultural Centre, whose construction had been delayed for bureaucratic reasons, would be administered by a public welfare foundation whose members would include both Greeks and representatives of those Arab States with diplomatic missions in Athens, and that the project was being funded by Saudi Arabia.
47 - السيدة تلاليان (اليونان): قالت إن المركز الثقافي الإسلامي المنتظر افتتاحه والذي تأخر إنشاؤه لأسباب بيروقراطية، ستديره مؤسسة خيرية عامة تضم أعضاء يونانيين وآخرين ممثلين عن الدول العربية التي لديها بعثات دبلوماسية في أثينا؛ وتمول المملكة العربية السعودية هذا المركز.

Calls on the General Secretariat to continue its coordination with the Government of the Islamic Federal Republic of the Comoros with a view to overcoming the difficulties that hinder the establishment of the Islamic Cultural Centre in Moroni and expediting the establishment of the Centre given its benefits for the Comorian and the neighbouring peoples.
1 - دعا الأمانة العامة إلى مواصلة التنسيق مع حكومة جمهورية القمر الاتحادية الإسلامية بهدف تذليل الصعوبات التي تعترض قيام المركز الثقافي الإسلامي في مروني والتعجيل بإنجاز المركز لما فيه من فائدة للشعب القمري والشعوب المجاورة .

Referring to Article 1, Chapter 5 of the Islamic Cultural Strategy on the revival of the role of mosques in promoting Islamic culture and values,

3. Emphasizes its support of the efforts channeled by Azerbaijan at regional and international levels aimed at protecting and reserving the Islamic Cultural values in the territories occupied by Armenia.
3 - يؤكد دعمه للجهود التي تبذلها أذربيجان في إطار السمتويات الإقليمية والدولية الرامية إلى حماية والحفاظ على القيم الثقافية الإسلامية في الراضي المحتلة بواسطة أرمينيا.

10. Welcomes the election of Makkah al Mukarrahmah as a capital of Islamic Culture for the year 2005 and commends the initiative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to set up a preparatory committee to this purpose. It also invites it to coordinate with ISESCO in establishing the programme for this important Islamic Cultural event and calls upon the Member States to participate in it.
10 - يرحب باختيار مكة المكرمة عاصمة للثقافة الإسلامية خلال عام 2005م، ويشيد بمبادرة المملكة العربية السعودية بتشكيل لجنة تحضيرية عليا لهذه التظاهرة، ويدعوها إلى التنسيق مع الإيسيسكو في وضع برنامج هذه التظاهرة الثقافية الإسلامية المهمة ويدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى المشاركة في فعاليتها.

In 2013, the Islamic Religious Community laid the foundation stone for an Islamic Cultural centre and mosque in Ljubljana.
وفي عام 2013، أرست الجماعة الدينية الإسلامية حجر الأساس لبناء مركز ثقافي إسلامي وجامع في ليوبليانا.
