For claims stated in currencies other than Kuwaiti dinars or United States dollars, the currency exchange rate to be applied is the average rate in effect for the month of August 1990 for converting those currencies into United States dollars. /
224- أما بالنسبة للمطالبات المقومة بعملات غير الدينار الكويتي أو دولار الولايات المتحدة فيكون سعر صرف العملة الذي يتعين تطبيقه هو متوسط السعر الذي كان سارياً في شهر آب/أغسطس 1990 لتحويل هذه العملات إلى دولار الولايات المتحدة.

For claims stated in currencies other than Kuwaiti dinars or United States dollars, the currency exchange rate to be applied is the average rate in effect for the month of August 1990 for converting those currencies into United States dollars as indicated in the United Nations Monthly Bulletin of Statistics.
أما المطالبات المقومة بعملات غير الدينار الكويتي أو دولار الولايات المتحدة فيطبَّق عليها متوسط سعر الصرف الذي كان سارياً في شهر آب/أغسطس 1990 لتحويل هذه العملات إلى دولارات الولايات المتحدة على النحو المبين في النشرة الإحصائية الشهرية للأمم المتحدة.

(b) The introduction of the option for a pensioner to elect, once and for all at the date of the initial pension entitlement, to receive all future pension entitlements fixed in local currency or United States dollars (for pensions paid now or in the future in the euro zone the fixed rate could be the euro rate of exchange at the date of introduction of the euro);
(ب) تخيير المتقاعد بصفة نهائية في تاريخ الاستحقاق الأول للمعاش التقاعدي، بين تلقي جميع استحقاقات معاشه التقاعدي بالعملة المحلية أو بدولار الولايات المتحدة (وبالنسبة للمعاشات التقاعدية المدفوعة حاليا ومستقبلا في منطقة اليورو، يمكن أن يكون السعر المحدد هو سعر صرف اليورو في تاريخ اعتماد اليورو)؛
