30.2. Support for regional humanitarian assistance initiatives.

In many cases, developing countries, particularly those in the neighbourhood of conflict-stricken areas, provide substantial contribution, as they usually absorb massive refugee flows and bear the high economic and social costs of regional humanitarian emergencies.
