5. Subsequently, the General Assembly by its resolution 63/293, decided to appropriate the amount of $15 million for the administrative liquidation of the Mission for the period from 1 July to 31 December 2009 and to apportion among Member States the amount of $10 million for the period from 1 July to 31 December 2009.

30. The total resource requirements under the above heading in the amount of $35,113,000 comprise an amount of $25,327,200 for the period from 1 July to 31 December 2006 and an amount of $9,785,800 for the administrative liquidation of the mission during the period from 1 January to 30 June 2007.

32. The total resource requirements under the above heading in the amount of $3,836,900 comprise an amount of $2,764,700 for the period from 1 July to 31 December 2006 and an amount of $1,072,200 for the administrative liquidation of the mission during the period from 1 January to 30 June 2007.

42. The total resource requirements under the above heading in the amount of $2,662,800 comprise an amount of $1,947,300 for the period from 1 July to 31 December 2006 and an amount of $715,500 for the administrative liquidation of the mission for the period from 1 January to 30 June 2007.

3. The General Assembly, in its resolution 63/293, decided to appropriate the amount of $15 million for the administrative liquidation of the Mission for the period from 1 July to 31 December 2009 and to apportion among Member States the amount of $10 million for the period from 1 July to 31 December 2009.
3 - وقررت الجمعية العامة، بموجب قرارها 63/293، أن تخصص مبلغا قدره 15 مليون دولار للتصفية الإدارية للبعثة للفترة من 1 تموز/يوليه إلى 31 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2009، وأن تقسم بين الدول الأعضاء مبلغ 10 ملايين دولار للفترة من 1 تموز/يوليه إلى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009.

By the same resolution, the Assembly decided to apportion among Member States the amount of $28,652,450 for the administrative liquidation of the Mission for the period from 1 August 2008 to 30 June 2009, in addition to the amount of $8,750,833 already apportioned for the period from 1 to 31 July 2008 under the terms of resolution 62/259.

6. The revised budget provided for the phased repatriation of military and civilian personnel as well as for the financial resources for the administrative liquidation of the Mission during the six-month period from 1 August 2008 to 31 January 2009.
6 - وتغطي الميزانية المنقحة تكاليف إعادة الأفراد العسكريين والموظفين المدنيين إلى الوطن على مراحل، وكذلك الموارد المالية للتصفية الإدارية للبعثة خلال فترة الشهور الستة من 1 آب/أغسطس 2008 إلى 31 كانون الثاني/يناير 2009.

In the same resolution, the Assembly also decided to apportion among Member States the amount of $28,652,450 for the administrative liquidation of the Mission for the period from 1 August 2008 to 30 June 2009, in addition to the amount of $8,750,833 already apportioned for the period from 1 to 31 July 2008 under the terms of its resolution 62/259.

9. Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the United Nations Mission of Support in East Timor the amount of 1,757,800 dollars, inclusive of 1,662,200 dollars for the administrative liquidation of the Mission for the period from 1 July to 31 October 2005, 78,200 dollars for the support account for peacekeeping operations and 17,400 dollars for the United Nations Logistics Base for the period from 1 July 2005 to 30 June 2006;
9 - تقرر أن تعتمد للحساب الخاص لبعثة الأمم المتحدة لتقديم الدعم في تيمور الشرقية مبلغا قدره 800 757 1 دولار، يشمل مبلغ 200 662 1 دولار للتصفية الإدارية للبعثة للفترة من 1 تموز/يوليه إلى 31 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2005، ومبلغ 200 78 دولار لحساب الدعم لعمليات حفظ السلام، ومبلغ 400 17 دولار لقاعدة الأمم المتحدة للوجستيات للفترة من 1 تموز/يوليه 2005 إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2006؛

The Committee notes that after the closure of UNMIS, all financial and administrative aspects of the administrative liquidation will become the responsibility of the Field Budget and Finance Division of the Department of Field Support, which will follow up with all outstanding claims.
وتلاحظ اللجنة أنه بعد إغلاق بعثة الأمم المتحدة في السودان ستصبح إدارة جميع الجوانب المالية والإدارية للتصفية الإدارية مسؤولية شعبة الميزانية والمالية للعمليات الميدانية التابعة لإدارة الدعم الميداني التي ستتابع جميع المطالبات التي لم يُبت فيها.
